हमारी मांगें निम्नलिखित हैं :-
(१ ) हर उच्च विद्यालय में केंद्रीय विद्यालय , नवोदय विद्यालय , सैनिक स्कूल की तर्ज पर कम से कम एक कंप्यूटर शिक्षक नियुक्त हो |
(२) अब तक स्कूल में जिनसे कंप्यूटर शिक्षण का काम लिया जा रहा था BSITET उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों केआने के बाद उन्हें या तो मुक्त कर दिया जाए या उन्हें कंप्यूटर प्रयोगशाला में सहायक के पद पर डाल दियाजाए |
(३) BSITET का आवेदन लेते वक़्त फॉर्म पर हमें ये भरना था की हम "Post Graduate" हैं या " Post Graduate + B.Ed ". यहाँ हम ये कहना चाहते हैं की कंप्यूटर विज्ञानं में B.E या B.Tech की डिग्री रखनेवाले बैचलर डिग्री रखते हुए भी कंप्यूटर शिक्षक बनने की योग्यता रखते थे | लिहाजा उन्होंने बैचलर डिग्रीका विकल्प ना होने की स्थिति में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट भरा था | कृपया इसे अभ्यर्थी की गलती ना माना जाए |
(४) NCTE के नियमानुसार कंप्यूटर शिक्षक बन्ने के लिए B.Ed डिग्री अनिवार्य नहीं है | लिहाजा हमेंप्रशिक्षित / अप्रशिक्षित के विवाद से दूर रखा जाए |
(५) कंप्यूटर विषय को "विज्ञानं संकाय" में रखा जाना चाहिए था जबकि इसे "कला संकाय" में रखा गया है |

Sub:- Discripancies in recruitment of +2 teachers in the subject Computer Science.
Sir/Madam,
I would like to place the following grievances for your kind perusal and necessary actions for redressal.
1. The process for recruitment of teachers for +2 Schools is on. On going through the allocation of teachers in various +2 Schools it appears that the post of Computer Science teachers sanctioned are negligible.You will agree that this is the age of Computer and uses of Computer has become an integral part of our life. It is really surprising to deny the students of Goverment Schools the knowledge of Computers.Is Computer Education reserved for only priviledged institutions?
2. As per affilation by -law every School will have 11 PGTs including one in Computer Science. Why this condition is not being implemented in Bihar's +2 Schools. This is in contravention of this affilation by -law.
3.There are a good numbers of STET qualified teachers available for recruitment as Computer Science.
ReplyDelete4. The K.V.S, NVS , Sainik Schools, and NCERT practising Schools have been recruiting MCA/ B.Tech Candidates as Computer Science teachers without any B.Ed Certification.
5. There are abolition of law in roaster in many recruitment. In some recruitment unit there is one seat and which is reserved. According to law one seat is always kept for ur category and in two seats one for ur and one reserved but in Nagar Panchayat , Banka and Chapra two and one seats reserved.
6.I therefore request to kindly sanction a post of Computer Science in each +2 School of Bihar and fill them up with STET qualified Candidates.
